AI-Native Full Stack Developer

• Knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud services.
• Advanced level of English.
• Daily production experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) — we are looking for genuine usage habits, not just familiarity with the names.
• Ability to critically review AI output — never merging code without understanding it and questioning why a specific suggestion was made.
• Making your thought process visible while working with AI; ability to explain the reasoning behind decisions.
• Clarity and context management in prompt engineering; knowing how to ask the right questions the right way.

What Will You Do?

• Work as part of our team in collaboration with Marketing and Game Design teams.
• Take part in the development process of a high-traffic BI tool.
• Ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
• Write error-free and sustainable code.
• Actively use AI tools in your daily development process — how you use them, when you use them, and what you choose to do yourself is important to us.
• Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the generated code; AI is the tool, you are the engineer.
• Work hard, learn a lot, and have plenty of fun with the team.
