What are we looking for?
– Graduated from relevant departments of universities (preferably Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration or Engineering, etc.)
– At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and performance management processes.
– Preferably with experience in the gaming industry
– Good command of MS Office applications, good knowledge of excel
– Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, high work follow-up and attention to detail.
– Analytical thinking skills and teamwork skills.
What will you do?
– Managing recruitment processes in line with company needs, finding candidates, conducting interview processes.
– Supporting and monitoring employee performance evaluation processes.
– Developing strategies for employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty.
– Monitoring workplace regulations, health and safety procedures.
– Preparation of HR reports and analysis.
