Technical Artist

At Panteon, we are looking for Technical Artists who will improve themselves every day and build that solid bridge between teams with the aesthetics of art and the power of technology.

What Do We Expect?

  • Being enthusiastic about Casual and mobile game development,
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, motivation and a strong sense of ownership,
  • Ability to work as a great team player and demonstrate a solid problem-solving approach,
  • Closely following Generative AI tools and current AI technologies, and being able to adapt them to workflows,
  • Practical command of Render Pipeline (URP / SRP) processes and settings in the Unity game engine,
  • Strong knowledge of HLSL and the ability to produce technical solutions,
  • Command of 3D and UI VFX pipelines, as well as the use of tools like Shuriken; being able to analyze the technical needs of VFX artists and prepare flexible/dynamic shaders for them,
  • Ability to develop reusable and flexible solutions across projects,
  • Command of the Unity UI system and experience in UI animations (Spine, etc.),
  • Command of the entire 3D art production pipeline in 3D design and modeling, especially in Blender,
  • Basic drawing, asset preparation, and design competence in 2D design software such as Photoshop,
  • Basic scripting knowledge in C#,
  • Ability to actively use source code management tools and their interfaces such as Git and Fork,
  • Having a deep understanding of the fundamental limitations (Draw Call, Polycount, Overdraw, etc.) and needs of mobile platforms,
  • Ability to work flexibly and efficiently across multiple projects within the framework of established technical architecture, system logic, and standards.

What You Should Expect?

  • You will work in close collaboration with the technical art, development, and arts teams.
  • You will manage asset integration processes; ensuring the technically flawless transfer of 2D/3D assets, animations, and UI elements into the game.
  • You will work closely with the VFX team to ensure effects are applied smoothly and according to rules, in line with established performance budgets and systems.
  • You will ensure the practical integration of defined rendering solutions and shaders into projects and maintain existing technical standards.
  • You will develop flexible and scalable solutions that can work across projects.
  • You will produce practical solutions so that artists can transfer their designs into the game without getting stuck on technical limitations.
  • You will take an active role in multiple projects within the framework of determined system and architectural standards.
  • You will work hard, learn a lot and have a great time with the team.

What Will You Learn?

  • You will witness the entire technical and artistic process of a game, from the idea stage to reaching the hit list.
  • You will experience high-traffic mobile game development with a large team.
  • You will gain the discipline of producing for mobile devices in different segments (Low-end / High-end).
  • You will learn to work efficiently and systematically with a multi-project logic under established technical-art standards and system architecture.
